Scholar Nkechi Anyaibe, founder of Novelty Life Initiative, is a Nigerian leader and advocate who began her journey in leadership at age 16 with the Scripture Union Ministry. Passionate about uplifting youths, women, children, and the elderly, she actively opposes lawlessness, indiscipline, and marginalization.

With a background in Government and Public Administration from Imo State University and a diploma in Law, she is currently pursuing a Law degree at the University of Port Harcourt.

An ordained minister and public speaker, Nkechi founded Novelty Life Initiative to unite like-minded individuals in creating a positive societal impact by addressing basic needs and promoting well-being.
